Physical Port Maintenance Mode Support

OcNOS introduces a dedicated physical port maintenance mode to suppress alarm generation during planned maintenance activities. A new phyport IFNAME configuration mode provides a scoped context for physical port management, where executing the disable command places the port into a maintenance state suppressing new alarms and clearing existing Fault Management System (FMS) alarms.

Expanded Manual Core Dump Controls for HSL and NSM

OcNOS introduces the CLI - process-hang core-dump enable in pservd, providing enhanced control over manual core dump generation during any process hang scenarios.

By default, only when NSM process hangs, the system generates a manual core dump for the HSL. When this feature is enabled, the core generation is triggered even in the event of other process hang scenarios as well.

An HSL process hang triggers manual core dump generation for NSM.
An NSM process hang triggers manual core dump generation for HSL.
A hang in any other monitored process triggers manual core dumps for both HSL and NSM.

To prevent excessive disk usage, the crash dump utility suppresses manual core generation if a manual core for the target process was created within the previous 240 seconds, or if a core dump operation is already in progress for that process.
